Our approach

  • At the Career & Life Coaching Centre, we support our clients in a way that they identify specific goal and are then coached to achieve them quickly and efficiently with the desired outcome.

  • We provide our clients with the tools, the perspective and the organization to achieve more through the process of self- responsibility.

  • We redefine the belief system, so that the restraining beliefs each person carries are transformed into assets and tools.

  • To support the implementation of the cooperation between the Career & Life Coaching Centre and the respective company or organization, an open communication channel is required as well as the definition of the contact persons from both parts who will effectively coordinate the contract.

  • To successfully deliver all requirements of the project, the main administrative committee (sponsor) of the organization needs to be involved, without the cooperation of which, no change on the contract can be effected.

  • Following the assessment, we suggest that the Career & Life Coaching Centre clearly presents the outcomes, and engage in a discussion and exchange of views to ensure the participation of all parties involved, to establish a common communication language and the necessary commitment by all to achieve the set targets.

More specifically, the stages of the contract are the following:

Stage 1: Interview with administration (sponsor): Briefing/ initial description of concept and implementation of a coaching programme. Recording of company needs.

Stage 2: Proposal for Workplace Wellness Programme in relation with the company needs and goals. This includes a general timeframe and cost.

Stage 3: Finalization of contract. Commencement of collaboration

Stage 4: Assessment/ Recording of existing situation: Data collection about company, company history, existing strategy, its course, goals, strengths and weaknesses, human resources, educational level, additional education provided, technical –organisational – social skills, etc

Stage 5: Simulation of company environment: Detailed recording of company goals and action plan of coaching programme, aligned with company goals. Discussion and decision on contents of programme, exact number of participants and specific implementation timeframe

Stage 6: Briefing of employees and/administration as regards concept and implementation of coaching programme – Administration becomes committed

Stage 7: Implementation of programme within the organisation

Stage 8: Completion of project – Final evaluation reporting to Administration
