Outstanding services. Nothing less will satisfy today's demanding clients. And it's about time they became really demanding! We're here to help you, our respected client, make the change.

Life & Wellness coaching, as well as Executive coaching, has become a lifestyle trend that requires careful choice of service provider to enjoy the amazing benefits it promises. As it is a market crammed with competition, only the best will succeed. And we have made it our goal to be the best.

We understand the need to create individually tailored and holistic programmes that are focused on the improvement of lifestyle and wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit.

Our business success lies in the understanding of the emotional and ethical aspects of the coaching and wellness experience not only in your personal life but in the workplace environment as well.

In addition to a number of age- long practices and philosophies, our coaching concept is based on the 40,000 year aboriginal tradition of sacred knowledge and the deeply intuitive sense of connectedness to the world in which we live.

Our coaching encompasses the aboriginal Kanyini principles of responsibility and unconditional love for all of creation:

Tjukurrpa – (or what non-aboriginals call 'dreamtime') it is your religious beginning and your belief system and values in relation to the sacred; it takes place with ceremonies that ensure that the natural world continues in its sacred state, making life comfortable for all members of the family.

Kurunpa – it is what you yourself create by what is important to you, what you listen to or read or discover in today's society. It is your own contribution. You create your own kurunpa – your own personal spirituality – by adhering to those teachings and values that particularly resonate with you. It gives you the power to determine your own path and to dwell in the garden of your own joyousness, even in the most difficult times.

Walytja – it is the family; it is related to the heart/stomach area of the body, where the mother contains the child; it is your place of creation and birth and the connection you have with all the creatures, every plant, tree and animal in this place, which are your family.

Ngura– it is the land, home, place of residence, Mother Earth. Ngura determines your wholeness of belonging – such a beautiful concept to live by. It is Nature that provides you with everything (food, shelter, safety) you need to live a life of self-respect and harmony within Nature and human society.

It is based on the importance of Kurunpa or Spirituality (the unique relationship with the universe) in the establishment of a person's wellbeing in all aspects of life - mentally, physically and emotionally. It is based on the punyu, which means to be fully alive, conscious of the now and embraces all the positive values in a human being.

If you are punyu, you are kind and happy, strong and healthy, intelligent, responsible, beautiful and clean.
